Working with Google: our agency notice

Google Business Profile is free. Anyone can create and manage their own profile at no cost. Echolisted is an independent agency: our fees pay for the work we do on your profile and listings, not for the profile itself. Echolisted is not part of Google, and we never pay Google or anyone else for a better position.
Before working with any agency, please read Google’s own guide: Working with a third party. Google asks agencies like us to share it with every client.
How we work on your profile
- You stay the owner. You invite us as a Manager from your profile’s People and access settings. We never ask for your password.
- Written permission first. We only manage your profile, reply to reviews or publish posts after you’ve given written consent in your account.
- You see every change. Everything we do is logged on your private dashboard.
- Fees in writing. Our prices are on the pricing page and in your account before we start, and on every invoice.
- Easy to leave. Cancel any time. If you ask, we hand back full control and remove our access within 7 business days.
- No guarantees of placement. Nobody controls Google’s or AI assistants’ results. We promise the work, honest monthly measurement and the Echo Promise.
- Your data stays yours. We never share or compare your profile data with other clients.
