Why it matters for AI

The biggest gap between businesses AI picks and the rest

In a 2026 study of 10,000 local businesses, the ones AI recommended averaged 133 Google reviews. The ones it ignored averaged 11. Google’s map works the same way.

We never buy, fake or filter reviews, and we ask every customer, not only happy ones. Google bans all three.

Compared with review software

Review tools are popular because reviews work. Most charge a lot and still leave the replying to you.

Review software

$75 to $350 a month

Tools such as NiceJob, Podium and Birdeye automate requests, but you still write the replies and fix your listings yourself.

Echolisted

From £29/month

Requests made easy, every review answered for you, plus your listings, Google posts and AI visibility, all in one plan.

Doing it yourself

Free, but…

Asking, replying and tracking take a few minutes a day, every day. Our free tools make it faster if you’d rather keep it in-house.

Software prices from public pricing pages, checked September 2026 (US dollars). Plans change, so check their sites.

Review questions

Can you remove bad reviews?

Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google’s rules (for example spam or abuse). We flag those for you. For the rest, a calm, quick reply is your best answer, and 80% of people prefer businesses that reply to all their reviews.

Will you reply in my name?

Replies are posted from your business profile, in a tone you approve. Tell us anything you never want said.

Do you send review requests to my customers for me?

You send them, from your own phone or email, in one tap with the message ready. That keeps it personal, costs nothing, and keeps your customer list yours.

What does it cost?

Replies and the review kit are included in every plan, from £29/month. The review link and reply writer tools are free for anyone.
