Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, so we promise our work instead. If, after 90 days on a paid plan, neither your Echo Score nor your Google Maps position shows a real improvement, we keep working for free until it does, for up to 3 months.
- “Real” means measured: our monthly checks use enough AI answers to tell a real change from day-to-day noise, and we show you the numbers.
- Your part: keep our Manager access and share your review link with customers. Reviews only come from real customers.
- Who it covers: businesses whose Echo Forecast is “Quick wins likely” or “Reviews first”. If your forecast says it’s a longer climb, we’ll tell you before you start.

One extra booking pays for it
A haircut, a meal for two or one emergency call-out usually covers £29/month. Your report shows the calls and direction requests Google sent you, so you can judge for yourself.

How does the free trial work?
You save your card when you start, and we begin work straight away. Nothing is charged for 14 days. If you carry on, you pay £29/month from day 15, then monthly. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What is a Founding Member?
We’re opening 20 Founding Member places. Those businesses pay £29/month (or £59/month for Growth), fixed for 12 months, and never pay a setup fee. When the places are taken, new clients pay £49/month and £99/month.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Pay monthly, cancel any time. If you cancel, the fixes we’ve made stay in place, because they’re on your own listings.
Is there a setup fee?
Not if you already have a Google Business Profile, and never for Founding Members. If you’re starting from scratch, our done-for-you setup is a one-off fee, quoted after your free check.
I have more than one location.
Each location has its own Google profile and competitors, so each gets its own check, posts and report. Add extra locations to any plan for £19/month each. Got more than five? Email us.
What's the difference between Essentials and Growth?
Essentials covers everything most local businesses need: fixes, weekly posts and review replies, and a monthly AI and Google Maps report. Growth adds a street-by-street Maps grid, AI checks twice a month, 20+ directory listings, a printed review stand and faster updates, for busier areas where you need to move faster.
Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?
We do one thing, for local businesses only, and we’ve built our own tools to measure it. No retainers, no sales team, no long reports nobody reads.
What if it doesn't work for me?
That’s what the Echo Promise is for: no real improvement in 90 days? We keep working free until there is, for up to 3 months. No one can honestly guarantee a ranking, so we put our own work on the line instead. And you can cancel any time.
